Nimmi Blu Designs Ltd reserves the right to change or alter any details at its own discretion without prior notice.

Pricing

All Nimmi Blu Designs Ltd services and products are quoted in GBP (Great Britain Pounds Sterling) and are inclusive of VAT. For customers outside the United Kingdom, the final price will be calculated by your card issuer in accordance with the applicable exchange rate for your country at the time of processing your transaction.

Please note that prices listed on the site or in any printed publications are correct at the time of publication, and we reserve the right to amend these without prior notification.

Website Pricing

Pricing as it appears on the website is meant as a rough guideline only. Prices may vary depending upon the exact characteristics of the stone, metal type, weight, exchange rates and availability. Website prices are shown nett of the 35% discount.

Custom-Made Jewellery and orders

A 30% deposit is payable upfront on all orders. The date of completion is an estimate and wherever possible any unexpected delays will be communicated. Nimmi Blu Designs Ltd reserves the right to adjust the costs indicated on the sales order. Since customised orders are made to your own specifications and requirements, all deposits paid are non-refundable in the event that the order is cancelled.

All stock items must be paid in full at the time of purchase. No deposit system is offered for these items.

Quotations

Written quotations are valid for 48 hours from the date of issue and are subject to availability.

Payment

By purchasing on this site, you confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have permission by the card owner to use it. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit and any other methods that may be advertised on the site. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If payment is declined by your card issuer, Nimmi Blu Designs Ltd will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using secure online payment gateways that encrypt your card details in a secure host environment.

Delivery & postage Charges

All orders are subject to additional postage charges and related costs.

We will arrange to have your order delivered to the address that you have provided when you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate, and that an authorised signatory is available to sign for the goods.

You will receive a dispatch notice once your order has been sent out for delivery. Once your package is signed for, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to the recipient. Evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and our fulfilment of your order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Any import duties or taxes charged in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Nimmi Blu Designs Ltd are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination country.

Order acceptance & confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance of orders and paid in full in GBP for services and goods.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received by us, you will receive an acknowledgement with the details of your order to the email address you provided on your order form.

Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Nimmi Blu Designs Ltd will be finalised when the goods have been despatched. In the case of stock items (only) where the cancellation of your order ia accepted prior to despatch.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or if there is an error in pricing or content. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from our non-acceptance of your order, and we shall have no liability to you by way of compensation other than to refund the amount you may have paid prior for the goods in question. 

Order Cancellations & returns

All consultations are to be prepaid prior to booking and are non-refundable. They may be deducted off certain services or goods.

Please note : All bespoke items are custom-made and are non-returnable & non-refundable at all times.

For stock items only, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of the date the stock items are received by you. You must notify us of the cancellation within 14 days to finance@nimmiblu.co.uk using the subject heading “Cancellation” and supplying your order number and despatch address. Refunds for any stock items after the period stated above will be at the discretion of Nimmi Blu Designs Ltd. All goods must be returned with proof of purchase in their original condition (including packaging) to Nimmi Blu Designs Ltd, 15 Greville Street, London EC1N 8SQ, UK. All items will remain your property and responsibility until they reach us, thus we suggest you use a secure delivery service that requires a physical signature of proof of delivery.

Any stock items returned as faulty will be inspected and repaired where possible. Any damage as a result of normal wear-and-tear will not be accepted as faulty. If the stock item is faulty, we will refund the cost of the item(s) less our delivery charge once the goods are returned in the condition they were delivered to you (including packaging). Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card (excluding delivery charge) within 30 days upon receipt of the returned item(s). International customs charges, duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by Nimmi Blu Designs Ltd for shipments outside the United Kingdom.

A copy of the customer’s ID/Passport, Banking details confirmation (cancelled cheque or letter from the bank, upper section of the bank statement etc) and the customer’s signature on the refund form is required before a refund is processed to safeguard both the interest of the customer and Nimmi Blu Designs Ltd.

Reversal of credit card purchases will be effected upon presentation of the original credit card used to make the payment. All reversals processed via a speed point are subject to the relevant Bank’s turnaround time for the clearing of the funds. An admin fee of 10% will be charged for all international refunds.

Insurance

We strongly advise that you insure your purchase prior to delivery on an all-risk cover which includes loss, theft, damage – including the risk of a stone falling out etc. as all risk of ownership passes to you upon the receipt of an item by you or your appointed agent.

Holding of customer stock in treasury

Should a client wish for us to hold stock on their behalf for more that 60 days, there will be a holding fee of 5% of the value of the piece per annum (or part thereof) charged in arrears.

We reserve the right to sell the item to recover the holding cost as necessary.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and Nimmi Blu Designs Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatever nature, to be the United Kingdom.

Intellectual property

Nimmi Blu Designs Ltd is the owner of the website and domain name www.nimmiblu.co.uk. All site content including logos, photographs and designs – excepting third-party links – are the property of Nimmi Blu Designs Ltd. Copying and use of the above-listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited except with prior permission.

This site is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You are not permitted to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products, or services contained within this site. You may not use this site, or any of its content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own or others’ site(s).
